This is a very well-run company that provides excellent services and customer service. They resurfaced our pool and replaced the pump, heat pump, and changed to salt system. The resurfacing didn’t come out right the first time, but Chad himself suggested (without us really asking) that they drain the pool and fix it. We were impressed with the initiative and pride they take in their work.

I was using a pool company ever since I moved here from Missouri. The guy would service my pool once a week. I was calling the company once a month to complain about something the guy did or didn’t do. I finally asked for a different guy to service my pool & they said this is their only guy who services my area.
So I went looking for a new company to service my pool & I was referred to Chad at Purple Heart.
He came to look at my pool 2 days after I called him. First thing he noticed is my heater isn’t working. I don’t know why my other guy didn’t know that & do something to fix it.
I can tell already that I have a MUCH MUCH better pool service than I had before.
